- Final walk-through (also known as final planning visit) at venue to discuss event details & confirm room layout
- Coordinate ceremony rehearsal (typically 1 hour)
- Oversee ceremony / reception set-up & tear-down
- Decorate ceremony / reception (such as guest book, place cards, party favors, signs, etc.)
- Coordinate ceremony / reception
- Coordinate all vendors & staff on the wedding day
- Assistant included for weddings with 100+ guests, for the entire day, no time max
- Distribution of gratuities to all vendors (paid by client)
- Wedding day emergency kit (e.g. bobby pins, safety pins, Kleenex, etc.)
